OUR MISSION
Our
mission is to provide service without compromise,
excellence without excuses and to always keep our focus on
our greatest asset, our customers. We strive to be the
employer of choice in the industrial and commercial
electrical
market by maintaining a friendly and healthy workplace where
commitment to quality, safety and innovation runs
throughout our whole organization. |
N.E.I.
employs professional staff who hold certification from
CEDIA, the
Custom Electronic Design and Installation Association and is also
a member of
NECA,
the National Electrical Contractors Association and
IBEW, the International
Brotherhood of Electrical Workers.
All N.E.I. products are
UL (Underwriters Laboratories)
listed.
Upon request products can
be built with UL standards.
Our electricians are
JATC (Joint Apprenticeship and Training
Committee) trained. Wyoming JATC apprentices enjoy a %90
graduation rate.
OUR
SAFETY

N.E.I. invests heavily in ensuring
the best in workplace safety.
Our staff devote thousands of hours each year to concise and
applicable safety training. Every vehicle is equipped
with the appropriate safety equipment that is customized to
the customer and work our people perform.
N.E.I.
has the
best experience modification rating
(EMR)
for
any electrical contractor up to our size in the entire State
of Wyoming
(-39.58%). Our six-year average
OSHA recordable
incidence rate is 20% lower than the national average.
N.E.I.’s
workers’ compensation loss ratio has been zero for four out of
the last six years and our highest year was very low.
Safety
excellence and the creation of a safety culture help us ensure
regulatory compliance and eliminate costly fines. N.E.I.. has NO OSHA or MSHA citations (and no MSHA
reportables) to date. Safe workers are more organized and
work much more efficiently than their peers.
We hope to continue to provide you this level of excellence in
every job we do for you.
