LEVEL
MASTER™
NEW Electric Inc.'s (N.E.I.) Level Master™
well controller is a complete wellhead controller
specifically engineered for use in CBM applications. The
Level Master controller has been designed to survive the
rigors of the CBM environment and a proven field record
speaks for both the products user friendliness and product
robustness in this application. A large high brightness
active display makes using the Level Master a breeze even in
subzero temperatures or bright sun light. The Level Master
control is a field programmable PLC device that offers the
flexibility of being used in many different applications.
When programmed as a well head control, water pump power
management can be done with an across the line contactor, a
soft starter, or a VFD making it simple to monitor and control
any well parameter including water flow and volume, down hole
pressure, up hole pressure, motor voltage and current, power
quality, pump run time and start cycles. The Level Master
control also has been interfaced to most EFM devices and is
MODBUS compliant for network application.

N.E.I. offers
three versions of the Level Master that may be selected
depending on the required application. Each version offers
the same high brightness display and simple user interface.

LEVEL MASTER CONTROL FEATURES
This controller has been designed
to provide a long service life in the harsh environment
associated with CBM wells. Even with a low price, this
controller incorporates many features found on more expensive
controllers and uses high quality parts throughout. These
features include:
