Orrin Dockham, General Manager

Orrin joined N.E.I. in 2006, as General Manager over the Sheridan, Rawlins and Gillette locations, bringing twenty years of experience in the electrical industry.  Orrin estimates projects, along with two other estimators, runs seven to ten foreman on various industrial and/or commercial electrical jobs throughout the state of Wyoming. Orrin maintains a master electrician license in Wyoming, Colorado, South Dakota, Montana, Idaho, Nebraska, Utah and California.

Tia Robinson, Office Manager

Tia joined the N.E.I. team in 2003 and she is our Office Manager overseeing accounts receivable, payable sales tax and our office staff.

Don Hockett, Fleet Manager

Since 2003 Don has been an integral part of the behind the scenes coordination and management of equipment, inventory and the shop.  A native of Gillette, Don brings over 40 years of experience managing his own businesses and maintaining equipment.

James Smith, Sales Manager

James joined the N.E.I. team in 2008, bringing with him fifteen years of experience in the electrical industry. Before working for N.E.I., James was a Job Foreman, supervising numerous government projects on Air Force Bases located in both Idaho and Colorado. He has also worked as a Service Manager overseeing commercial and industrial accounts in central Idaho. Currently, James is estimating, project managing and is the Sales Manager for N.E.I. James has a MHSA white card and is a licensed Journeyman in Wyoming and Idaho.
