STAFF Spencer Rossi, President and Founder Spencer founded NEW Electric Inc. (N.E.I.) in 2001, combining her education, BS in Business Administration, with her work experience in project management, marketing and human resources. E-mail: srossi@newelectricinc.net David Rossi, Co-founder David co-founded N.E.I. in 2001, combining his education, a BS Degree in Economics, with his work experience related to business planning in the IT industry and engineering. E-Mail: drossi@newelectricinc.net Orrin Dockham, General Manager Orrin joined N.E.I. in 2006, as General Manager over the Sheridan, Rawlins and Gillette locations, bringing twenty years of experience in the electrical industry. Orrin estimates projects, along with two other estimators, runs seven to ten foreman on various industrial and/or commercial electrical jobs throughout the state of Wyoming. Orrin maintains a master electrician license in Wyoming, Colorado, South Dakota, Montana, Idaho, Nebraska, Utah and California. E-mail: odockham@newelectricinc.net Tia Robinson, Office Manager Tia joined the N.E.I. team in 2003 and she is our Office Manager overseeing accounts receivable, payable sales tax and our office staff. E-Mail: trobinson@newelectricinc.net Mary Jo Hutton, Office Assistant Mary Jo joined the N.E.I. team in 2009. Mary Jo has a Bachelors Degree with an Accounting option. Along with front desk duties, her main focus is job costing, processing invoices, and purchase orders. E-Mail: mhutton@newelectricinc.net Kevin Mosher, Project Foreman Kevin started working for N.E.I. in 2007. He moved to the Rawlins area with his family and took over as Rawlins manager. He enjoys fishing, hunting and spending time with his family. E-mail: kmosher@newelectricinc.net Eric Roesler, Safety Director Eric is the Safety Director for N.E.I. Eric's background in safety planning began while serving as a leading petty officer aboard nuclear submarines. He extended his knowledge in risk management as the owner of a fast growing insurance agency for a decade and brought in a start-up supply business specializing in safety equipment to Campbell County. Eric is a U.S. Naval Submarine School and American College Alumnus who continues his education in order to ensure that N.E.I. maintains its extraordinary health and safety record. E-mail: eroesler@newelectricinc.net Don Hockett, Fleet Manager Since 2003 Don has been an integral part of the behind the scenes coordination and management of equipment, inventory and the shop. A native of Gillette, Don brings over 40 years of experience managing his own businesses and maintaining equipment. E-Mail: dhockett@newelectricinc.net James Smith, Sales Manager James joined the N.E.I. team in 2008, bringing with him fifteen years of experience in the electrical industry. Before working for N.E.I., James was a Job Foreman, supervising numerous government projects on Air Force Bases located in both Idaho and Colorado. He has also worked as a Service Manager overseeing commercial and industrial accounts in central Idaho. Currently, James is estimating, project managing and is the Sales Manager for N.E.I. James has a MHSA white card and is a licensed Journeyman in Wyoming and Idaho. E-mail: jsmith@newelectricinc.net Yasin Yalcin, Electrical Engineer Yasin is the Electrical Engineer for N.E.I.. His experience in control systems began with numerous U.S. Military R&D projects during his Masters degree. He specializes in control systems, PLC programming, troubleshooting, CAD design and also IT management. He has completed numerous PLC and CAD projects with N.E.I.. Yasin has a Masters degree in Electrical Engineering from SDSM&T. E-mail: yyalcin@newelectricinc.net Todd Neeriemer, Estimator/Foreman & Sheridan Manager Todd oversees the Sheridan office employees, manages his own projects, estimates and works in Gillette when needed. With six years of experience in the industry, Todd brings energy and willingness to work and a proven quality performance. E-mail: toddn@newelectricinc.net Duane Lorenzen, Estimator/Project Foreman Duane joined the N.E.I. staff in 2007, as an Estimator and Project Manager. Duane brings thirty four years of experience in the electrical industry. He has owned two of his own electrical companies, one in Rapid City S.D. and one in Gillette, Wyoming. During the seventeen years that Duane has lived in Gillette he has compiled a long list of successfully completed projects and is well known by all the construction contractors in North Eastern Wyoming.
